-calming the mind and offers clarity, to improve sleeping habits & reduces anxiety

-bring peace and harmony in the space

How to use it:  place a couple of drops on the side of the head and massage, to relax and relief stress 

Also to be used with a oil diffuser or together with a carrier oil (e.g. almond oil) for relaxing massages
